Description

Act as a Subject Matter Expert for day-to-day compensation tasks and enterprise-level HCM projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure the Oracle Compensation tool at an enterprise level.
• Manipulate and create system configurations to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and Deloitte SI on ongoing HCM projects.
• Function autonomously to drive project tasks to completion.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM.
• Hands-on experience with the Oracle Compensation tool.
• Proven ability to configure Oracle Compensation modules in enterprise environments.
• Experience creating and manipulating complex configurations.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
