Description

You will serve as the Oracle Compensation Subject Matter Expert, managing enterprise-level configurations and supporting HCM project workstreams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure the Oracle Compensation tool at an enterprise scale to meet business requirements.
• Manipulate and create complex system configurations to support day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and System Integrators on HCM project workstreams.
• Function autonomously to complete tasks and drive project deliverables.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM environments.
• Deep expertise with the Oracle Compensation module.
• Proven ability to configure Oracle Compensation at an enterprise level.
• Experience manipulating and creating complex system configurations.
• Strong ability to work independently as a self-starter.
• Experience working alongside System Integrators (SIs).
