Description

You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Oracle Compensation, managing daily operations and leading enterprise-level HCM projects. You configure the tool at scale and manipulate complex system configurations to meet business requirements. You collaborate with internal teams and implementation partners, functioning autonomously to drive project tasks forward.

• Configure the Oracle Compensation tool at an enterprise level.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM.
• Deep expertise in the Oracle Compensation tool.
• Proven ability to configure Oracle Compensation in an enterprise environment.
• Experience creating and manipulating complex system configurations.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
• Any Graduate degree.
