Description

You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Oracle HCM Compensation, managing day-to-day tasks and enterprise-level projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure the Oracle Compensation tool at the enterprise level.
• Manipulate and create complex system configurations and data structures.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external system integrators to define requirements.
• Drive project requirements forward autonomously and ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM environments.
• Deep expertise with the Oracle Compensation tool and its configuration modules.
• Proven ability to configure compensation solutions for enterprise clients.
• Strong proficiency in manual configuration and data manipulation within the tool.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Experience collaborating with system integrators.
