Description

You will develop and configure Oracle HCM Cloud solutions with a focus on Redwood architecture and core HR functionality.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure Global Core HR and Absence Management modules within the Oracle HCM Cloud platform.
• Implement UI personalizations using Transactional Design Studio, autocomplete rules, and Page Composer.
• Manage technical setups including lookups, value sets, work structures, and areas of responsibility.
• Execute Redwood setups and manage code via Visual Builder Studio and Git merge requests.
• Configure and maintain HCM processes to meet functional requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud technology and platform configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Visual Builder Studio.
• Proficiency with Git and managing merge requests.
• Deep functional knowledge of Global Core HR and Absence Management.
• Experience with Transactional Design Studio and autocomplete rules.
• Strong understanding of Page Composer for UI personalization.
• Ability to configure work structures and HCM processes.

Preferred Skills

• Technical experience in reporting using BI Reports and OTBI.
