Description

Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects and design solutions for human capital management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall solution design and implementation for Oracle Fusion HCM rollouts.
• Manage and support Oracle HCM system configurations, architecture, and work structures.
• Configure lookups, value sets, Area of Responsibility, and HCM processes.
• Develop and maintain bi-directional interfaces for Payroll, Benefits, Stocks, and 401K.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to implement configuration changes and optimize existing processes.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience with Oracle HCM ERP technology.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud platform.
• 2-3 years of experience on end-to-end Fusion HCM implementation projects.
• Deep knowledge of Global Core HR, Recruitment, Workforce & Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Management.
• Expertise in HCM Extract (HR Archive, Payroll Interface, Benefits) and BI Reports (RTF, eText, Excel Template, XSL).
• Proficiency with OTBI, HDL (HCM Data Loader), FBL (File Based Loader), and PBL (Payroll Batch Loader).
• Advanced skill in Fast Formulas, global data model customization, and bursting logics.
• Experience with REST API, SOAP, Web Services, Application Composer, Page Composer, and Page Configurator.
• Strong understanding of Roles and security.
