Description

You will lead technical teams in the design and implementation of Oracle PL/SQL solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor technical teams through the full development lifecycle of Oracle PL/SQL solutions.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of all Oracle PL/SQL applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and perform deep-dive root cause analysis.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards to maintain best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL programming and development.
• Deep knowledge of relational database concepts and Oracle database architecture.
• Proven expertise in performance tuning and query optimization.
• Strong background in database design and data modeling.
• Understanding of data warehousing principles.
• Ability to lead technical teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle PL/SQL certification.
