Description

You will lead Oracle Order to Cash (OTC) initiatives, focusing on production support, integration, and large-scale program management.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve OTC production issues, specifically regarding Billing and Marketplace Integration.
• Lead the Billing Integration BSA track, monitor fallout, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage Change Request (CR) tracking, including enhancement build, testing, and delivery.
• Direct the Commerce CCP program finance track and align the FY25 roadmap with business objectives.
• Oversee the Oracle Advanced Collections module, OpsGenie MBR AI Automation project, and FedRamp Phase 2 initiatives.

Required Skills

• Over 10 years of experience as an Oracle OTC Consultant or in a similar functional role.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Applications, specifically within Order to Cash and Billing Integration.
• Proven experience leading complex projects and managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong ability to conduct functional design and finance impact analysis.
• Experience managing Change Requests (CR) and tracking project dependencies.
• Ability to lead specialized tracks such as Advanced Collections or AI automation projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for production issue triage.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with FedRamp compliance and Treasury operations.
• Experience with financial modeling and driving finance impact DACIs.
