Description

You will maintain, refactor, and migrate Oracle PL/SQL codebases, focusing on performance tuning and Azure cloud migration.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and refactor complex PL/SQL packages, stored procedures, functions, and views.
• Perform database performance tuning and maintenance to ensure operational stability.
• Manage ETL processes, partner files, and eligibility comparisons.
• Develop business-focused reporting and self-service tools using Oracle APEX.
• Execute database migration to Azure, optimizing table structures and enhancing security.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development.
• Expertise in managing large-scale data processing and reporting.
• Deep knowledge of complex SQL queries and performance tuning.
• Experience with ETL processes.
• Practical understanding of cloud migration concepts.
• Experience with Azure SQL Database, Oracle Cloud, or AWS RDS.
• Ability to refactor legacy code to meet modern security and performance standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Oracle APEX for reporting tools.
