Description

Lead IT Oracle EPM projects from initiation through operational handoff, managing phases, workstreams, and stakeholder communications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive project delivery by organizing work across business, functional, and technical teams.
• Track and report on project status, milestones, resource utilization, and finances including burn-down.
• Maintain project artifacts including charters, executive materials, RACI, and RAID logs.
• Establish governance, communication plans, and facilitate meetings with clear agendas and action tracking.
• Present project updates and dashboards to executives, sponsors, and business leadership.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT project management experience.
• Proven track record of delivering Oracle applications.
• Proficiency in MS Project and Jira.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• PMP certification (proof required).
• Ability to create project plans, dashboards, and executive-level artifacts.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• Specific experience with Oracle EPM/FCCS.
