Description

You will lead support, enhancements, and integrations for Oracle Retail solutions to optimize retail operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex technical issues within Oracle Retail SIOCS and MFCS to minimize operational disruptions.
• Drive system enhancement projects by gathering requirements, designing solutions, and implementing Oracle RMS upgrades.
• Configure Oracle Retail applications to align with specific business requirements and industry standards.
• Manage integrations between Oracle Retail and other enterprise systems to ensure data consistency.
• Develop system configuration documentation and provide training for end-users and junior consultants.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience working with Oracle Retail applications.
• Deep expertise in Store Inventory Operations Cloud Service (SIOCS).
• Deep expertise in Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service (MFCS).
• Hands-on experience with Oracle RMS.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Strong understanding of retail industry processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Proven ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Retail Certification(s).
• Experience in Agile project management.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and data integration tools.
