You will lead the design and execution of organizational change management strategies for enterprise transformations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement holistic OCM strategies using models like ADKAR and Kotter.
• Conduct Change Impact Assessments and execute User Adoption Plans based on stakeholder interviews.
• Develop and deliver strategic communication plans to diverse audiences, including C-suite executives.
• Establish and manage an OCM Community of Practice to standardize best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a dedicated Change Management role leading enterprise change.
• Deep, hands-on proficiency in a major OCM methodology (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8 Steps).
• Active certification in a recognized OCM methodology (e.g., Prosci Certified Change Practitioner).
• Proven experience working in Agile/Lean-Agile environments, including SAFe PI Planning.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong analytical skills for conducting assessments and measuring OCM effectiveness.
• Expertise leveraging MS Products (SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Word) for deliverables.
