Description

You will lead technical development and architecture using the OutSystems platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to developers to improve team capabilities and productivity.
• Conduct code reviews and oversee quality assurance, performance optimization, and coding standards.
• Act as a technical consultant for feasibility studies, including risk assessment, component breakdown, and estimations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Ensure process compliance within assigned modules and manage status reporting to mitigate escalations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in application development.
• Expertise in OutSystems.
• Proficiency in Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodologies.
• Experience conducting technical feasibility studies and architectural reviews.
• Ability to implement best practices and coding standards for complex projects.
• Experience in technical risk assessment and component breakdown.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
