Description

Lead global mobility strategy and end-to-end immigration management for international assignments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize global mobility processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships to facilitate immigration procedures for outbound movements to the US, Canada, EMEA, and APAC regions.
• Lead the annual nomination process for employee transfers in coordination with business units.
• Generate mobility reports to analyze trends and drive continuous improvement through data.
• Evaluate and refine internal mobility policies to align with industry best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in global mobility management.
• Expertise in vendor management and immigration process facilitation.
• Proficiency in mobility reporting and data analysis.
• Experience managing outbound movements across US, Canada, EMEA, and APAC regions.
• Ability to manage end-to-end immigration workflows.
• Experience with budget adherence and invoice reconciliation.
• Any Graduate degree.
