Description

You will manage end-to-end performance evaluation processes and support the development of performance and rewards frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Manage quarterly and annual performance review cycles and the associated performance management tool.
• Develop scorecards and KPIs in collaboration with unit leaders.
• Own performance processes including promotions, probation confirmations, and PIPs.
• Execute annual rating and increment calibration exercises.
• Design and implement policies related to employee performance and create communication materials for performance initiatives.
• Analyze performance trends to provide business synopses and identify process improvements.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience in HR processes and concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Direct experience with compensation and benefits and compensation frameworks.
• Ability to conduct research on new compensation frameworks.
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as R or SQL.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with business leaders.
• Ability to manage large volumes of data and apply analytical knowledge.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with compensation benchmarking using AON or Mercer.
• Strong logic building capabilities.
