Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable applications on the Pega Platform, leading case management and BPM workflow implementations.

Responsibilities

• Design and build reusable components, rules, flows, decision tables, and UI elements (Sections, Harnesses, Skins) while ensuring Pega guardrail compliance.
• Develop and customize UI components and integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST and SOAP services.
• Manage data models using Classes, Properties, and Data Pages, and create optimized reports and dashboards via Report Definitions.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, performance tuning, and code reviews using Pega tools like Tracer, Clipboard, and Live UI.
• Mentor junior developers and translate business requirements into technical designs within Agile/Scrum environments.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on expertise in Pega PRPC / Pega Platform.
• Deep knowledge of Case Management, Pega Rules Engine, Flows, Flow Actions, Decision Tables, and Trees.
• Proficiency in UI Development (Sections, Harnesses, Skins) and Reporting (Report Definitions).
• Experience with Integrations (REST, SOAP, Connectors, Services) and Data Modeling (Classes, Properties, Data Pages).
• Strong understanding of Pega architecture, guardrails, and best practices.
• Proven ability to work independently and lead complex Pega implementations in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

• Pega CSA, CSSA, or CLSA certifications.
