Responsibilities

• Lead and consult on software engineering projects with significant scope and impact.
• Resolve multi-dimensional technical challenges involving novel or intangible factors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business objectives and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to cloud migration efforts and modernization initiatives.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on development experience with Pega (version 7.x or higher).
• Deep understanding of Pega architecture and design patterns.
• Proficiency in Pega best practices.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, consulting, military, or equivalent educational background.

Preferred Skills

• 1+ years of experience with cloud migration projects.
• Proficiency in SQL and Oracle databases.
