Description

You will lead Pega development efforts and oversee the full application systems project life-cycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement Pega rules and build low-level designs for enterprise applications.
• Manage onsite and offshore coordination to ensure project delivery.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, QA, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business requirements.
• Apply Pega guardrails to maintain high-quality application standards.
• Drive technical decision-making across all phases of the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of total software development experience with at least 10 years specialized in Pega.
• Pega 8 and Pega Infinity expertise.
• CSSA or LSA certification (Part 1 and Part 2).
• Experience with Pega UI frameworks including Theme Cosmos, Cosmos React, and Constellation.
• Proficiency in integrations using SOAP, REST, and JMS.
• Strong knowledge of Java, SQL, and XML.
• Experience working within Agile project environments.
• Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent graduate degree.
