Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade Pega applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Pega applications aligned with business requirements.
• Implement solutions using Pega Constellation framework and best practices.
• Lead application design discussions and provide technical guidance to development teams.
• Develop workflows, case management solutions, integrations, decisioning, and user interfaces.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize application performance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Pega application development.
• Strong expertise in Pega PRPC development and Pega Infinity.
• Proven experience with Pega Constellation architecture.
• Deep knowledge of case management, data modeling, and business process automation.
• Expertise in developing integrations and decisioning logic.
• Experience working in Agile environments, including estimation and release planning.
• Ensuring adherence to Pega guardrails, coding standards, and application security.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring other Pega experts or conducting training sessions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business analysts and architects.
