Description

Lead the design, development, and migration of Pega-based enterprise applications from on-premise to Cloud.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage application migrations and control solution development.
• Troubleshoot production logs, performance issues, and guard-rail scores.
• Document technical requirements and analyze technology environments.
• Develop solution prototypes and participate in technology selection.
• Collaborate with business analysts to refine use cases and requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years experience with Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) Version 8 and beyond.
• Hands-on Pega CSSA and LSA level development.
• Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting RESTful web service APIs and Swagger.
• Experience with Pega administration using WebSphere Application Server.
• Knowledge of system integration architecture involving MQ and BizTalk.
• Strong SQL skills for Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.
• Experience managing application lifecycles within Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to implement data security principles, including encryption and access control.
• Proven track record of migrating Pega applications across different versions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Waterfall methodology in addition to Agile.
• Background in IT architecture and infrastructure design.
