Description

You will design, build, and maintain Pega applications while providing technical leadership and architectural guidance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
• Design and develop scalable Pega applications using PRPC, ensuring compliance with architecture standards and reusable component design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and drive project delivery.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning to ensure application quality.
• Implement and manage integrations using SOAP/HTTP connectors, Web Services, and MQ/JMS/File/Email listeners.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years of Pega development experience with strong PRPC expertise.
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification is required.
• Proficiency in Core Java and Object-Oriented Concepts.
• Experience with PL/SQL for database interactions and optimization.
• Front-end development skills in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Proven experience in Agile methodology environments.
• Strong understanding of system integration patterns and service connectivity.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading technical design decisions for complex enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with additional Pega modules beyond PRPC core.
