Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Pega Developer with 10+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in Pega application development, design, and implementation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable enterprise applications using the Pega platform and will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement applications using the Pega platform.
• Participate in requirements gathering, analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Build and maintain Pega workflows, case management, integrations, and decisioning components.
• Develop reusable components and ensure adherence to Pega best practices and guardrails.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver business solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and project planning activities.

Required Skills:
• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on Pega development experience.
• Strong experience with Pega PRPC, Case Management, BPM, and Decisioning.
• Pega CSA and/or CSSA certification required.
• Experience with Pega Infinity (8.x) platform.
• Strong knowledge of Pega Rules, Flows, Activities, Data Pages, Integrations, and UI development.
• Experience integrating Pega with REST/SOAP web services.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) certification.
• Experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, Government, or Insurance domains.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
