Description

Lead enterprise-wide system implementations and act as the technical subject matter expert for finance, HR, payroll, and supply chain applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, design, testing, and implementation of enterprise systems across multiple business functions.
• Prepare design proposals and guide strategic application development decisions.
• Develop test plans, protocols, and system implementation plans to evaluate performance.
• Conduct system specification analysis using diagramming tools to represent business and technical processes.
• Coordinate system upgrade activities and recommend changes to development and maintenance standards.

Required Skills

• Mandatory Pega CSSA or Pega LSA certification.
• 7+ years of experience with Java, Oracle, and Splunk.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL.
• Proven experience in lead or advisory Application Development roles.
• Experience with automation and monitoring tools.
• Ability to provide technical leadership across multiple departments.
• Experience preparing design proposals and managing system documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• 10+ years of total working experience.
