Description

Lead the design, development, and integration of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems using the Pega framework. You will own the full lifecycle of PegaRULES Platform (PRPC) implementation projects, from technical specification to code review.

Responsibilities

• Define and document requirements for data, workflows, processes, and system controls.
• Build, maintain, and modify complex use cases and application systems.
• Plan and lead the execution of PegaRULES Platform implementation projects.
• Perform code reviews and define technical specifications.
• Act as a subject matter expert for business systems and Smart Dispute.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Pega development experience.
• 3+ years of Pega Smart Dispute framework knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with Pega 8.x and cloud migrations.
• Deep understanding of Pega architecture, design, and implementation.
• Proficiency in flows, activities, user interfaces, flow actions, agents, and SLA.
• Experience with correspondence, single sign-on, reports, listeners, and MQ.
• Experience working with REST APIs and SOAP services.
• Practical experience with Smart Dispute or Credit Cards workflows.
• Experience working within an Agile environment.
