Description

Design, develop, and enhance scalable applications on the Pega Platform, owning case management and BPM workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of case management and BPM workflows.
• Build and configure rules, flows, flow actions, decision tables, and decision trees.
• Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST and SOAP services.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across the team.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on expertise in Pega PRPC / Pega Platform.
• Expertise in Case Management, Pega Rules Engine, Flows & Flow Actions, Decision Tables & Trees.
• Experience with UI Development including Sections, Harnesses, and Skins.
• Proficiency in Reporting using Report Definitions.
• Experience with Integration using REST and SOAP services.
• Ability to design and manage data models using Classes, Properties, and Data Pages.
• Strong understanding of Pega architecture, guardrails, and best practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

• Pegas CSA/CSSA/CLSA certifications.
