Lead the development and implementation of Pega-based solutions within enterprise environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and setup of Pega functionality.
• Mentor junior and mid-level Pega developers to improve their technical proficiency.
• Design and implement effective solutions to optimize customer processes.
• Drive the technical vision for Pega implementations across projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Pega-based enterprise environments.
• Pega certification (CSA, CSSA, or CLSA).
• Proven ability to organize and optimize complex customer processes.
• Strong hands-on development mentality.
• HBO or WO education in a relevant field of study.
