Good to Have Skills: Pega certification (PCSA or higher) is highly desirable. Arabic speaking is a plus. Experience with integration techniques within Pega and solid understanding of various Pega rules, data types, and user interface components.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Pega applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Pega implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Pega applications and ensure applications function efficiently.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation of system configurations, processes, and workflows.
• Mentor and guide junior developers on Pega standards, best practices, and methodologies.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure the quality of development work being carried out by the team.
• Stay updated with the latest Pega releases and integrate new features as appropriate.
• Work with the QA team to ensure application quality through testing and bug resolution.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and implementation strategies for new Pega solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and practices in all Pega applications.

Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Pega development and implementation.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
