Description

Lead the design and development of complex Pega PRPC 8.x+ applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of complex Pega PRPC 8.x+ applications.
• Provide architectural guidance and effort estimations.
• Perform and oversee code reviews to ensure best practices.
• Drive integration design with enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve high-complexity technical issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Pega PRPC (8.x or higher).
• Strong expertise across all Pega platform modules.
• Proven experience in Pega solution architecture and estimation.
• Extensive experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proficiency in Java, .NET, PowerShell, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and Message Queues.
• Skills in data modeling and SQL scripting.
• Understanding of enterprise application architectures.

Preferred Skills

• PCSSA or higher Pega certification.
• Experience collaborating with geographically distributed teams.
