Description

Lead the architecture, design, and development of Pega solutions for policy administration and underwriting workflows while managing a team of developers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable Pega solutions for policy administration and underwriting.
• Manage 5–7 developers, providing mentorship and conducting code reviews.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical Pega implementations.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards and optimize application performance.
• Support Azure cloud migration planning and Angular front-end integrations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Pega development experience.
• 2+ years as a Lead System Architect (LSA).
• Expert knowledge of Pega Product Builder Framework.
• Strong understanding of policy administration systems and underwriting workflows.
• Experience with Pega Development and Angular.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Pega Infinity v24 and Pega DX API integration with Angular.
• Consulting or contract experience across multiple client projects.
