Description

Lead the design, development, and architecture of Pega solutions for policy administration and underwriting workflows. Manage a team of 5–7 developers across CIA, Phoenix, and Guardians teams, providing mentorship and conducting code reviews. Collaborate with business partners to translate complex requirements into scalable, maintainable Pega solutions. Ensure compliance with best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization. Support cloud migration planning (Azure, 2026) and integration with Angular front-end applications.

• Lead design and architecture of Pega solutions for policy administration and underwriting.
• Manage 5–7 developers, providing mentorship and conducting code reviews.

• Ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization.
• Support cloud migration planning to Azure and integration with Angular front-ends.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Pega development experience.
• 2+ years as a Lead System Architect (LSA).
• Expert-level knowledge of Pega Product Builder Framework.
• Strong understanding of policy administration systems and underwriting workflows.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders and translate requirements.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and code review skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Pega Infinity v24 and Pega DX API integration with Angular.
• Familiarity with Pega on cloud platforms and insurance industry applications.
