Description

You will lead the design, development, and architecture of Pega solutions for policy administration and underwriting workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and development of scalable Pega solutions.
• Manage and mentor a team of 5–7 developers across multiple squads.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and maintainable code.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and performance best practices.
• Support cloud migration planning for Azure and integration with Angular front-ends.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Pega development experience.
• 2+ years as a Lead System Architect (LSA).
• Expert knowledge of Pega Product Builder Framework.
• Deep understanding of policy administration and underwriting workflows.
• Experience mentoring developers and leading code review processes.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with Angular front-end applications.
• Basic familiarity with Azure cloud environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Pega Infinity v24.
• Knowledge of Pega DX API integration with Angular.
• Consulting or contract experience across multiple client projects.
