Description

Design and build scalable Pega automation solutions, including case types, stages, flows, and assignments.

Responsibilities

• Develop Pega workflows and decisioning logic using App Studio and Dev Studio.
• Integrate Pega systems with enterprise record systems via REST/SOAP connectors.
• Implement document-centric automations using OCR/AI services and manage exception handling.
• Ensure application security, performance, and operational reliability through continuous monitoring.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and Pega deployment processes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience designing and developing Pega workflows, case types, and decisioning logic.
• Proficiency with Pega integration techniques, including REST, SOAP, and eventing patterns.
• Strong understanding of Pega guardrails, security policies, and best practices for scalable automation.
• Experience working collaboratively in an agile environment with product owners, SMEs, and architects.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Pega deployment management tools.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective Pega applications.
