Description

Build and support critical business processes on the Provider Pega platform, designing scalable, secure solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Pega applications using Case Management, Data Management, and Decision Management.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Conduct architectural design, system analysis, and independent research to solve complex problems.
• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to test-driven development practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience designing and developing scalable Pega applications.
• Proficiency in deploying Pega applications on Azure or similar cloud platforms.
• Strong expertise in Pega Security, Integration, and Platform components.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Experience with healthcare or customer service domains is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• PEGA Senior Systems Architect certification.
• Lead System Architect certification.
