You will architect and design business applications using Pega PRPC and associated frameworks, providing technical guidance to project teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks.
• Provide architecture and design guidance to project teams developing BPM BRE solutions.
• Deliver thought leadership to clients across business and technical project dimensions to solve complex requirements.
• Partner with Program Managers to size projects, manage scope, and mitigate risk.
• Ensure delivered solutions match customer technical and functional requirements to realize business benefits.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Pega LSA role.
• Pega LSA certification.
• Deep knowledge of PRPC Architecture and all design and implementation features.
• Experience with Pega versions 7.3.1 and higher.
• Healthcare industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Pega PRPC and Pega Frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Pega COE.
• Ability to adopt existing client design patterns and recommendations based on POCs.
