Description

Lead technical advisory and system architecture for Pegasystems implementations, with a focus on healthcare management solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory-level consultation and design scalable technical solutions for healthcare requirements.
• Lead system architecture design, implementing scalable design patterns and maintainable structures.
• Develop full-stack solutions using front-end and back-end technologies.
• Direct the implementation of Pegasystems tools and the Pegasystems Healthcare Suite.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of expertise in Pegasystems and advisory-level consultation.
• 5+ years of experience leading system architecture and design patterns.
• 7+ years of professional experience with multiple programming languages.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, and JavaScript.
• Deep understanding of front-end and back-end development.
• Hands-on experience with the Pegasystems Healthcare Suite.
• Proven ability to design maintainable and scalable systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with healthcare management system requirements.
