Description

Design, implement, and maintain case management systems using Pegasystems. Translate business requirements into code through the full software development life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Pegasystems applications, translating business needs into functional code.
• Test, debug, and refine software to meet functional requirements and performance standards.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and end-users to define system scope and objectives.
• Modify and maintain operational programs to fix errors, adapt to hardware changes, or upgrade interfaces.
• Analyze system information to plan the installation of new programs or modifications to existing ones.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in application development.
• 2+ years of hands-on Pegasystems coding.
• 2+ years of experience testing and deploying programs and systems.
• 2+ years of experience fixing and improving software through new development and defect resolution.
• Proficiency with Pegasystems, AWS, and Java.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-tier architectures, session management, and web-based applications.
• Knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) technology.
