Description

You will design and build scalable Pegasystems automation solutions. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design Pega case types, stages, flows, and assignments to translate business requirements into functional applications.
• Implement document-centric automation using OCR/AI services and manage human-in-the-loop exception handling.
• Integrate Pega systems with enterprise records via REST, SOAP, and other integration patterns.
• Maintain application security, performance, and operational reliability through continuous monitoring.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Pegasystems development.
• Proficiency in designing Pega workflows, case types, and decisioning logic.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP integration techniques.
• Strong understanding of Pega guardrails, security policies, and automation best practices.
• Experience working within agile environments alongside product owners and architects.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Pega deployment management tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
