🔹 Responsibilities:
✔️ Support and administer PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 environments hosted on AWS
✔️ Manage Candidate Gateway, Talent Acquisition, Integration Broker, and related PeopleSoft components
✔️ Lead quarterly and ad-hoc environment refresh activities
✔️ Troubleshoot complex production performance and application issues
✔️ Support MuleSoft integrations and secure API connectivity using 2-way SSL
✔️ Optimize PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA), WebLogic, Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, and Oracle environments
✔️ Support application development teams, business users, campuses, and third-party vendors
✔️ Perform SQL tuning, log analysis, monitoring, and system performance optimization
✔️ Manage ServiceNow requests, incidents, changes, and problem management activities
✔️ Maintain documentation, operational procedures, and production support standards
🔹 Ideal Candidate:
⭐ Strong PeopleSoft Administrator first, with Integration Broker expertise
⭐ Experience supporting large enterprise-scale PeopleSoft environments
⭐ Hands-on troubleshooting across PeopleSoft, Middleware, AWS, Oracle, and MuleSoft
⭐ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
