Description

You will administer and optimize PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 environments hosted on AWS, ensuring high availability and performance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Administer PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, PeopleTools, Integration Broker, WebLogic, Tuxedo, and Oracle databases.
• Manage AWS cloud infrastructure, including PUM cycles, upgrades, CPU patching, and SSL certificate management.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform SQL tuning, and optimize the PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA).
• Support MuleSoft integrations and secure API connectivity using 2-way SSL.
• Lead environment refresh activities and manage ServiceNow incidents, changes, and problem management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a PeopleSoft Administrator with strong Integration Broker expertise.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, PeopleTools, and large enterprise-scale environments.
• Proficiency in AWS Cloud Services, Oracle Database Administration support, and WebLogic/Tuxedo.
• Experience with MuleSoft (Anypoint Platform) or BizTalk for integration management.
• Knowledge of Elasticsearch, Single Sign-On (SSO), and high-availability/load balancing configurations.
• Ability to perform performance tuning, log analysis, and system optimization.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
