Description

You will serve as the functional expert for PeopleSoft Benefits, ensuring alignment with core business processes and public sector requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements to design and configure PeopleSoft solutions tailored to business needs.
• Manage PeopleSoft upgrades, maintenance, and ongoing support activities to ensure system stability.
• Collaborate with technical teams to coordinate system enhancements and integrations with other enterprise systems.
• Provide functional expertise for PeopleSoft module configurations, specifically within the Benefits domain.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in PeopleSoft implementations.
• Deep functional knowledge of PeopleSoft modules and business process integration.
• Proven, hands-on experience working specifically with PeopleSoft Benefits modules.
• Demonstrated experience managing PeopleSoft upgrades and maintenance cycles.
• Experience working with government agencies or the public sector is required.
• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical configurations.
