Senior PeopleSoft Consultant

You will lead technical solution design and integration for PeopleSoft HCM environments.

Responsibilities

• Design custom solutions to overcome product limitations and implement technical integrations.
• Plan, develop, and enforce enterprise architectural standards across projects.
• Perform fit-gap analysis for upgrades by evaluating the latest PeopleSoft features and functionalities.
• Build APIs to facilitate connectivity between PeopleSoft and other cloud applications.
• Contribute to requirements elicitation directly from clients.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• 3+ years of consulting experience specifically with the PeopleSoft HCM Suite.
• 3+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM solution design and technical integration.
• Hands-on expertise with PeopleSoft HCM Application Version 9.2 and Tools version 8.58 or higher.
• Technical proficiency in PeopleCode, App Engine, CI, SQR, SQL, and IB integration (XML/Rest-based Web services).
• Functional expertise in Core HR and North America Payroll, including quarterly payroll tax updates.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent progressive experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Richardson, TX, Raleigh, NC, Phoenix, AZ, Indianapolis, IN, or Hartford, CT, or relocate to these areas.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PeopleSoft upgrade projects.
• Background in data structure design and data flow redesigning.
