Description

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.

- Experience in PeopleSoft HCM Technical.

- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson TX, Raleigh NC, Phoenix AZ, Indianapolis IN, or Hartford CT, or be willing to relocate to one of the areas. This position may require travel to project locations.

- 3+ years of consulting experience with PeopleSoft HCM Suite.

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM solution design, covering technical integration.

- Experience/ Knowledge on building APIs between PeopleSoft and other Cloud Applications.

- Experience in contributing to requirements elicitation from the client.

- HCM experience in PeopleSoft Application Version 9.2 and Tools version 8.58 (min).

- Plan, develop, review, and enforce enterprise architectural standards and ensure architectural strategies are consistently applied.

- Should have good understanding of the latest features/functionalities delivered by PeopleSoft and be able to perform fit gap analysis of upgrades independently.

- Functional expertise in Core HR, NA Payroll with quarterly payroll tax update application experience.

- Technical expertise in People Code, App Engine, CI, SQR, SQL and IB integration (XML/Rest based Web services).

- Responsible for designing Custom Solutions to overcome product limitations.
