Description

Design, develop, and maintain ERP and application systems to support daily utility operations in Paramus, New Jersey (remote option available).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ERP solutions and technical specifications to streamline business processes.
• Maintain financial systems and ensure application uptime in coordination with business and technology stakeholders.
• Lead or participate in ERP patch updates, application implementations, and system migrations.
• Integrate ERP solutions with existing databases, software systems, and third-party applications.
• Execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to validate software functionality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT and ERP development.
• PeopleSoft development expertise using PeopleTools, Financials, and Supply Chain modules.
• Hands-on experience with General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing/eProcurement, Inventory, Project Costing, and Expenses (Time Reporting).
• Proficiency with Oracle Database.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
• Knowledge of ERP development and Supply Chain processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PowerPlan, Hyperion Planning, Perceptive Content, Oracle FCCS, or Oracle EPBCS.
