Description

You will own PeopleSoft HCM development and data integration efforts during the migration to Workday.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and troubleshoot Application Engine processes and PeopleCode.
• Resolve defects efficiently within tight project deadlines.
• Build data extracts from PeopleSoft for Workday EIBs.
• Manage integrations and data mapping between PeopleSoft and Workday.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with PeopleTools, Application Engine, and PeopleCode.
• Deep understanding of PeopleSoft HCM table structures.
• Extensive experience with North American Payroll, Core HCM, Benefits, Time and Labor, Performance Management, and Recruiting.
• Strong Oracle SQL skills.
• Experience with Workday HCM.
• Proven ability to manage technical and functional requirements independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading PeopleSoft to Workday conversions and data mapping.
