Description

Senior developer supporting PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 and 9.2 modules within a large-scale IT environment.

Develop custom programs, reports, and technical solutions for Payroll and Time and Labor to improve departmental efficiency. Build technical rules and customizations based on provided functional specifications. Create bulk validation SQL scripts and complex queries for implemented solutions. Serve as the primary technical liaison for resolving production issues with Business Support and Client Services teams. Present technical solutions and project updates to managers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom programs, reports, and technical solutions for Payroll and Time and Labor.
• Build technical rules and customizations based on functional specifications.
• Create bulk validation SQL scripts and complex queries for implemented solutions.
• Resolve production issues as the primary technical liaison with Business Support and Client Services.
• Present technical solutions and project updates to managers and team members.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in the IT profession.
• 5 to 7 years of direct experience with PeopleSoft Payroll.
• Expertise in PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 and 9.2, specifically NA Payroll, Time and Labor, and FLSA reporting.
• Proficiency with PeopleTools, Fluid Pages, Integration Broker, Application Engine, SQR, and XML Publisher.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with latest Oracle database versions.
• Experience developing external interfaces and handling W2, State, and Federal requirements.
• Knowledge of complex Time and Labor rule development.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM applications.
