Description

You will own the security architecture and implementation for PeopleSoft HCM environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 and 9.2, including complex Time & Labor and Absence Management security.
• Configure user profiles, roles, permission lists, row-level security, dynamic security, and application security.
• Maintain and define PeopleSoft 9.2 Fluid security across HR, Payroll, and Benefit modules.
• Migrate projects and security elements into multiple environments using PHIRE version control and JIRA.
• Produce technical documentation and resolve access requirements based on business needs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years implementing or supporting PeopleSoft Human Capital Module (HCM).
• Deep expertise in PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 and 9.2.
• Strong experience with Oracle 19 or later database versions.
• Proficiency with PHIRE version control and JIRA ticket systems.
• Knowledge of PeopleTools security, Process Group security, and Query security.
• Bachelor's degree in IS, Business, or a related field (or 5+ years relevant corporate IT experience).
• Excellent technical documentation and customer service skills.
