Description

You will provide operational insights and analysis to implement solutions for improved business processes and system integrity.

Responsibilities

• Support PeopleSoft Batch processing, including troubleshooting, error trapping, and data analysis.
• Identify operational problems and recommend practical solutions for system enhancements and new modules.
• Lead process improvement projects by documenting as-is and future-state workflows and designing new procedures.
• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), communication plans, and training for all system changes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a support or analytical role.
• Proficiency with SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Payroll processes and systems.
• Ability to use Visio for workflow design and process documentation.
• Experience managing change management processes and technical documentation.
• Proven ability to conduct end-to-end process reviews and UAT.
• Degree in any field.
