Description

Provide operational insights and analysis to implement solutions for improved business processes and system integrity.

Support PeopleSoft Batch processing, including troubleshooting, error trapping, and data analysis. Identify operational problems and recommend practical solutions for system enhancements and new modules. Lead process improvement projects by documenting as-is and future-state workflows and designing new procedures. Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), communication plans, and training for all system changes.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot PeopleSoft Batch processing errors and perform data analysis.
• Identify operational issues and recommend system enhancements.
• Document workflows and design new procedures for process improvements.
• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training for system changes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a support or analytical role.
• Proficiency with SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Payroll processes and systems.
• Ability to use Visio for workflow design and process documentation.
• Experience managing change management processes and technical documentation.
• Proven ability to conduct end-to-end process reviews and UAT.

• Degree in any field.
