Description

You will lead technical implementations and Agile development for large-scale PeopleSoft Finance systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead PeopleSoft Finance implementations focusing on General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable modules.
  • Manage Agile development activities including sprint planning, user story documentation, and acceptance criteria.
  • Direct functional, user acceptance, and regression testing processes.
  • Oversee technical troubleshooting and incident management workflows.
  • Produce technical documentation including design documents, conceptual diagrams, and user guides.

Required Skills

  • 7 years of experience as a technical lead supporting PeopleSoft Finance (GL, AP, and AR).
  • Proven experience on large-scale projects with at least 5,000 users or significant development costs.
  • 2 years of experience working on public-sector projects.
  • 3 years leading Agile development, sprint planning, and documentation of functional specifications.
  • 3 years leading technical troubleshooting and incident management.
  • 3 years creating technical documentation, workflow processes, and conceptual diagrams.
  • Deep understanding of data interfacing requirements for GL, AP, and AR modules.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related or Engineering field, or equivalent qualifying experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Extensive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Financial Management experience.
  • Advanced experience with Agile development methods.
