Description

Lead technical implementations and Agile development for large-scale PeopleSoft Finance systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead PeopleSoft Finance implementations for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable modules.
• Manage Agile development activities, including sprint planning, user story documentation, and acceptance criteria.
• Direct functional, user acceptance, and regression testing processes.
• Oversee technical troubleshooting and incident management workflows.
• Produce technical documentation, including design documents, conceptual diagrams, and user guides.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of technical lead experience supporting PeopleSoft Finance (GL, AP, AR).
• Proven experience on large-scale projects with 5,000+ users or significant development costs.
• 2+ years of experience on public-sector projects.
• 3+ years leading Agile development, sprint planning, and functional specification documentation.
• 3+ years leading technical troubleshooting and incident management.
• 3+ years creating technical documentation, workflow processes, and conceptual diagrams.
• Deep understanding of data interfacing requirements for GL, AP, and AR modules.
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Engineering or equivalent qualifying experience.
